1930's "Little Lord Fauntleroy" Hardcover
The Classic Novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett
with Photos from the Original Movie!

What you are looking at is an antique copy of FRANCES HODGSON BURNETT'S classic novel "LITTLE LORD FAUNTLEROY", complete with photos from the original movie adaptation. It isn't dated, and no amount of searching online could provide a mention of this edition, however it was either just after the movie's release in 1936, or some time before its release (1933-36). One thing I did find in my search was that many editions of this book go for upwards of US$35.00, with many that are no way as near as old as this going for US$95.00! As you will plainly see, this book is a bargain!

This book is in an excellent condition, with the only wear being on the cover. As you can see from the pics below, this is mostly in the form of some fading and general wear. There is no real fraying, and the spine is in good health.

The 245 pages of text (made of a thick, coarse paper) and photo plates (on glossy paper) are all accounted for and in excellent health, with no rips, creases, stains, and scribbles. There has been next to no yellowing, and spotting only occurs on the first and last couple of pages, with occasional spots near the edges of some others. Most pages appear quite white and fresh, and all the pages are nice and stiff, with no signs of deteriorating.

This literary collectible is a must for antique book collectors and admirers of Frances Hodgson Burnett's work... especially you collectors of various editions of this famous story. This classic is going cheap, so hurry up and grab it before someone else beats you to it!
